About Us

Lotus Community Care Service provides high-quality domiciliary care and supported living for adults (18+) who want to live independently in their own homes. Our person-centred approach promotes dignity, choice and control so people can reach their full potential.

We offer flexible packages of support tailored to individual needs, from short visits to 24-hour care.

Personal care — Bathing, dressing, household tasks, continence support, bed routines, meal preparation and medication assistance.

Respite care — Short-term support to give carers a break and help families manage the demands of caring for a loved one.

Live‑in care — Bespoke live‑in support for people with complex needs or those who prefer continuous help with daily tasks.

Companionship — Friendly support, hospital visits, help with social activities and household tasks.

Floating outreach — Flexible outreach support to help people remain independent in their own homes.

Lotus Community Care Service supports people with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Support is person‑centred and can be provided up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week in 1:1 or 2:1 ratios when required.

We follow the Reach Standards and ensure continuity of care by offering step‑up and step‑down pathways delivered by the same staff team.

Certified Care
We are certified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Diet plans
We work with individuals to create personalised meal and nutrition plans, including cultural diets and medically-recommended plans
Community outings
Supported outings within the community to promote social inclusion, wellbeing and confidence.
Personal training and fitness support
We can arrange access to qualified personal trainers to support physical health, mobility, wellbeing and confidence.
Activities
Shopping support — We help with in-store shopping, online grocery orders and budgeting to encourage independence.

All new staff complete a robust induction and training programme aligned with Skills for Care guidelines. Training includes (but is not limited to):

  • Health and safety and risk assessment
